At least one year of experience in retail, familiarity with Shopify is a plus!
Tech-savvy with fundamental computer skills, including Google Sheets and Docs.
Must have availability on both Saturday and Sunday.
Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 25 pounds (for tasks such as handling incoming shipments and trash disposal).

Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
Process retail transactions for customers purchasing products.
Key holder responsibility with opening and closing duties.
Ensure the store remains clean and well-maintained throughout each shift.
Handle phone inquiries and manage online orders during store hours.
Meet and exceed daily sales targets through effective suggestive selling and excellent customer relationship management.
Follow established operational procedures for opening and closing the shop.
Receive incoming shipments and follow inventory processing procedures.
Organize merchandise displays as new products arrive.
Gain in-depth knowledge of our vendors and products to educate customers about our offerings.
Assist with shop events scheduled before or after regular hours as needed.
Participate in paid monthly team meetings held outside of store hours.
Communicate customer preferences and product needs to the management team to support the shop's product assortment.
