NOTO’s multi-purpose makeup stick is made with organic ingredients that act as skincare first, repairing your skin and lips, while adding long-lasting color. Five is a deep berry lip and cheek stain with a neutral mauve kiss, giving you a 90s hue that’s buildable from sheer to opaque.

Subtle undertones of dusty rose, brown, and purple seamlessly blend together to celebrate our fifth multi-bene stain. It also marks five years of NOTO and the numerological explanation of the number five, symbolizing freedom in self-expression.

Our lip and cheek stain is the perfect buildable color! Twist from the bottom and apply wherever you’d like a wash of deep berry hue. Layer on with a brush or your finger for full opacity, or tap excess off with a tissue for a subtle stained look.
